1) I learned how to research better, have correct citations for my work and be able to see all the possible ways to get more information about the topic I am researching.

2) I would have liked to spend more time on how to cite formats better MLA/APA.

3) I did not really like blogging through wordpress but it is easier to use than emails or discussion posts on blackborad.

4) there is nothing i didnt like about blogging on wordpress, its easy and simple to use.

5) There is nothing else i would like to add about LALT course, besides that it was a very useful course and helped me improve my research skills.

The 2 databases i will be researching are in biology : Science Direct and BioOne. Science Direct covers many scholarly” journalsFull-text of 1,900 Elsevier Science journals mainly in the fields of science, technology, and medicine” and is very helpfully for scientific research, it covers texts from 1823 till present day.M ost of the text available is in english and most of texts are full texts and its available off-campus. BioOne, covers “integrated access to a resource of interrelated journals focused on the biological, ecological and environmental science”.texts from 1920- till present day are available, available off campus, texts available in english also full text available.

To me Science Direct seems easier to use, research wise, organization wise and text wise. for quick research i guess BioOne would be easier because its very simplified unlike ScienceDirect is better indepth research.

In any case, i would prefer using SciecneDirect because it has more articels and is very scholarly and so is BioOne but i prefer ScienceDirect.

3) Majors and Minors related to my research topic: 1) psychology 2) biology 3) biology minor 4) psychology minor 5) anthropology. The most helpful major to my research question would be Biology

4) Environment Complete (EBSCOhost) and ScienceDirect because they have more information about the human anatomy that can help me reasearch more about the brain and changes that happen in the brain in the teenage years.
